  • MENALIFESTYLE will support with an inspection for each order and provide inspection reports thereby ensuring the quality of the stocks pre-purchase.

BRAND LICENSING

MENA Lifestyle will spearhead the licensing project for its client, this includes:

  • Securing major new international brands licenses for major product categories;
  • Ensuring preferential sustainable commercial terms with brand’s licensors(s);
  • Budget development (OTB) and management with licensor and licensee;
  • Curate product design development with major fashion design houses under brand’s mode board guidelines and securing licensor’s required approvals;
  • Leverage MENA Lifestyle sourcing and buying expertise and benefit from the international production network;
  • Manage origin QC for all production lines to ensure high product quality and price;
  • Manage all logistics and delivery schedules according to the dynamic OTB fulfillment;
  • End of season analysis and development of new season buying matrix;

PRIVATE LABEL

This is a project of specialized, curated, category private label(s) to leverage client’s sales and profits through:

  • Analyzing the existing private labels which are currently trading in Clients stores/online;
  • Identify new business opportunities with currently successful private labels;
  • Conduct category gap analysis as to potential new private labels development;
  • Incubate private label corporate, brand’s identity and DNA with a goal to develop such private labels into full fledged brand(s);
  • Spearhead collection design, sourcing, QC and logistics;
  • Develop the private label marketing presentation pack online and in brick & mortar;
